Oops...I think we forgot to blog about our last night in Vietnam...when we invited Laura, her Sister 'Mae' and her friend to dinner - at a supposedly fine-dining Vietnamese Restaurant.
Verdict: Do not bother - just stick to street or hawker food in Ho Chi Minh....the service was mediocre, the food was beautifully presented but near tasteless (not to mention cold) and it was full of foreigners! (normally a bad sign).
After dinner, we went karaoke-ing......that was fun! It was Mae's birthday so we also had a birthday cake.
Verdict: Vietnamese know how to have a good time.
Pasci even sang...a solo! :-)
